Mayhem Charity
Mayhem Theatre Arts provides a multi-purpose Performing Arts Studio, offering first-class tuition for children and adults in all aspects of Acting, Singing, Dancing, and the creative arts.
Situated in the heart of Hoddesdon Town Centre, Mayhem’s renovated old, Brewery Barn provides a focal point for the Arts in East Hertfordshire Since 2007!
We open our doors to many other local businesses and groups to host; classes, meetings, office space, and other creative hobbies.
Since opening in 2007, Mayhem has expanded its services and now regularly delivers workshops to local schools, and is the leading provider of classes for adults with learning difficulties, we can also be seen performing at public celebrations and events throughout the borough and beyond!
As a charitable organisation we are currently raising money for our new dance floor.

WE ARE RECRUITING!
As a charitable organisation, we are looking to recruit new trustee members to join the board, volunteers, and support group members to help with fundraising, budgeting, input, and support with future class planning and activities provided by Mayhem. We are in the process of expanding which is hugely exciting so getting involved with us now, will be an exciting time for all.
We are seeking to appoint new trustees to join our board who can bring passion for the local arts and/or experience and skills in fundraising, planning, financial management, HR support, community engagements, and local school/ SENCOs to help us develop and deliver our aspirations to our community.
The role of a trustee is non-executive, providing a rewarding opportunity to share your expertise and ideas to shape our young people’s future within the arts community.
